Data Science Santa Cruz is a loosely affiliated group of students, researchers and faculty who are all data science enthusiasts! We get together regularly to host events, socials, and hackathons. We talk about fun things like algorithms, statistical models, and computational complexity, important things data access, integration and storage, and challenging things like social impact and data science ethics We are looking to form collaborations -- across the departments, divisions, community, industry and government.
